Bachelorette and bachelor weekend budget
Pick the city, the number of people and the nights. The rough range per person comes from our city guides, before flights, scaled to your nights, with an option to split the bride’s or groom’s share among the others. Nashville runs about $600 to $1,300 per person for two nights; Las Vegas $800 to $2,000.
Per person, before flights
$800 to $2,000
For the group: $6,400 to $16,000
The guide’s range: $800 to $2,000 per person for 2 nights.
How it works
| Place | Rough range | For |
|---|---|---|
| Nashville, Tennessee | $600 to $1,300 | 2 nights |
| Scottsdale, Arizona | $700 to $1,500 | 2 nights |
| Las Vegas, Nevada | $800 to $2,000 | 2 nights |
| Cancún, Mexico | $1,200 to $2,500 | 7 nights |
| Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, Tennessee | $300 to $700 | 2 nights |
| Breckenridge, Colorado | $1,000 to $2,200 | 3 nights |
| Charleston, South Carolina | $600 to $1,300 | 2 nights |
| Outer Banks, North Carolina | $600 to $1,500 | 7 nights |
Each place’s range is the one its guide states, per person and before flights or travel, as the table above shows. The calculator scales it to your nights from the guide’s own nightly rate and rounds it outward to the nearest $50. Splitting the bride’s or groom’s share multiplies each payer’s range by the group size divided by the number who pay.
Another city uses the lowest and highest nightly rates of the Nashville, Scottsdale and Las Vegas guides. These are rough ranges as of November 2026, never quotes. The house is usually the biggest share, and peak weekends cost more.
